Patrick Rehkatsch
He is a member of the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers, a global network of approximately 200 entertainment lawyers. Since 2003, he has been a member of the Cologne Bar Association and a member of the AEA Association of European Attorneys.
Formerly served in an honorary capacity at the soccer sports court of the Middle Rhine Soccer Association, Rhein-Erft District (Junior Disciplinary Committee).

Juliette Sarvan de Castro
Juliette Sarvan de Castro passed her second state bar exam in 2012 at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf. She had already been working extensively for our firm during her legal clerkship in 2010, covering all areas of entertainment, music, film, press, publishing, social media, and media law.
After working as a consultant at Ernest & Young in the Indirect Tax department from 2013 to 2015, Juliette Sarvan de Castro lived in South America. In Peru (Lima), she worked at the law firm Cano & Paredes. Juliette Sarvan de Castro has been living in Germany again since 2020.
Since 2025, Juliette has been a certified specialist in copyright and media law. She is an active member of the board of the association Viva el Peru e.V.

Miriam Meiser
Miriam Meiser, a legal assistant, has been a member of our office staff since 2011.
As one of the top students in her class, she successfully completed her training at our law firm. With her solid foundation in legal knowledge, she plays a key role in ensuring that our clients’ legal processes and proceedings run efficiently. In addition to a wide range of responsibilities, she also handles court-ordered collection proceedings and enforcement measures. Melissa Bicaklar
Our student assistant, Melissa Bicaklar, is an eighth-semester law student. Melissa is studying law at the University of Cologne. Her focus is on media and communications law. She has been actively supporting our firm since 2022. During the summer semester of 2023, she completed a semester abroad in Lisbon, Portugal, at the University of Lisbon, focusing on EU law and international law.
